Welcome vendors and thank you for your interest in the Osceola County Fair! The 2024-2025 Vendor Handbook has been updated to provide you with an abundance of information and a complete guide to exhibiting at the Osceola County Fair. ALL vendors will be required to complete the application packet, regardless of past history with our event. We continue to update files and ask for cooperation as we do so. Also please note, ALL VENDORS will be required to submit a $300 Operating Deposit. Details can be found within the Vendor Handbook.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS

We at the Osceola County Fair are proud that our vendors experience success, and as such, often return year after year. After renewals, there is typically an extremely limited space available. However, when availability does arise, our Vendor Committee reviews all applications received in search of unique applicants, that take pride in their space, and serve quality products. For consideration please return a completed application, available in the Vendor Handbook.
Upon receipt, you will receive confirmation that your information has arrived and will be contacted should a space become available. No phone calls please.

10-DAY OUTDOOR VENDORS

Non-food outdoor spaces are currently available for 2025. Space is limited, so we will make our best effort to accept unique vendors. Please complete the application, available in the Vendor Handbook, for consideration.

Events Center Market Place Vendors

The Events Center Market Place has limited space available to vendors for the 2024 Fair. Inside vendors will enjoy presenting their products and services to the community in an air conditioned atmosphere. Please complete the application available in the Vendor Handbook, for consideration.
